What a pathetic service

You know these people don't deserve even a single star.they sent me a msg that on Thursday the 27th I should be at home they would come I waited and they never came. I called them Friday they said Monday I called Monday they said Tuesday I called Tuesday they said Wednesday. So I don't know what to do anymore. And I never even chose them .

Poor service actually pathetic. They are such a disappointment. I don't even know when this parcel will come.
