What a Joke

I have never had such bad service ever. Been waiting for a package since 23rd December. I track it daily and make sure I'm home when out for delivery. Not once has someone called or come to my house. I have called the call centre on many occasions and waited hours on the line to no avail. My parcel has been returned to sender due to your incompetence and lack of service delivery. I have no words for this as Skynet fail to understand the impact it has on customers. I will make sure I and everyone I know never use or even mention the work Skynet as this has been and still is the worst experience EVER. There should be a negative rating cause 1 star is too much for skynet.
