What a horible services! The drivers are unrealiable and the agents are useless
What a horrible service, the driver keeps on lying and claiming that I am not available. The call center can not locate the driver as the his phone has been on voicemail since the morning. I will also communicate this to Buffalo, What a horrible service. The drivers are unreliable and the call center is *********** and can not help with anything.
