What a crazy experience I've had with Skynet

What a crazy experience I've had with Skynet. I've called and Whatsapp'd and the agents tell me different information. My parcel was received at the JHB airport awaiting customs clearance and then all of a sudden it's back in China then someone else says it's still with my supplier. I'm sitting here not knowing where my parcel is exactly
