Weeks later still waiting for Study Material

<p>UNP ********** </p> <p>I have called Skynet so many times, emails as well regarding my study material thats been sitting at the Isando branch forever now. I have spoken to a coupe of people there and was promised over and over again that the package will be delivered, but today I'm still waiting. What shocked me is that, they wait for you to call and complain before they even think of delivering. I was veven told I can come pick up the package. Whats the use of a courier company? I know courier companies that does way better.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have assignments due. Their lack of service is impacting on my studies and I know for a fact UNISA is their biggest client, but yet they fail to deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im appauled and fumining and want my study material urgently.</p>
