Very dissapointed and frustrated with the poor service received from Skynet. They have not delivered my parcel as communicated via the messages sent.

When finally get through to their contact centre.The service was even more *********** and unhelpful.

A lady by Ayanda assisted and was very unhelpful. She spoke to the driver and ge said my parcel will be delivered, exactly the same message as from the previous day. When asked to speak to her supervisor.the call was cut. When I asked for a call reference numbers, she says I must use her name as a reference.

No one calls to follow up, absolutely no element of customer service.

I am very dissapointed.

After one and a half weeks, no parcel received.Yet my money was happily paid.

If i had a choice, I would never use or recommend Skynet to anyone.
