Waiting since the 13th

Good day<br> I'm seriously appalled by the service I keep on receiving from skynet. Ever since I changed to use them for my book delivery its been one thing after another. The first incident happened when they left my parcel at another office park opposite to where I work. I had to call in the call centre for them to give me that drivers number who then told me after two days he delivered it,and that he left it opposite the office park I work in. Then the second time when I was suppose to receive my books, I called in the call centre they gave me the drivers number, only to have him lie to me and say he came on a Saturday and was told that I don't work where I work from Mon-Fri, and if he would have come why didn't you call me, he said he called me and I never answered, I have no record of him ever calling me, I call him. The 3rd time, I received an sms(Unisa), on the 13th informing me that they have dispatched my delivery for it to reach m in 6 days max, and 10 working days after I'm still waiting for my study material. I have called the head office I have called the call centre almost everyday and everyday I'm told ''you will get your parcel today\
