Waiting on delivery-UNPG***

I am a unisa student and therefore unisa sends my study material via skynet couriers.I checked on their website and saw that they received my study material on the 7th of Feb.I phoned the Cape Town depot several times and everytime they take my details and said someone from despatch will contact me.Its already almost 2 weeks that the study material is with them and they not delivering my material.As a result of their bad service/non delivery it seems as if im not gona be able to submit my assignments in time in order to qualify for exams.Or otherwise i have to rush my assignment and submit assigments of poor quality which will definately result in poor marks and a poor average for exams since my assignments is due on end Feb.Im so sick and tired of companies not having the best interest of clients at heart.They always promise you the world but when it comes to honouring that promise then they always falls short.This is totally not acceptable.And as always the response to my complaint will be something like-Dear valued customers we thank you for bringing this to our attention.Your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant department.We apologise for the inconvenience blah blah bla
