Waiting for parcel, waiting for help
It took 4 days for my parcel to reach "out for delivery" status and since then it has gone "out for delivery" every morning for a week. On the night of the second day the update was "consignee not available", I have been at the delivery address all day every day, no courier has rung the bell nor have I missed any calls. The only option for customer service is a call centre where I've waited up to 15 minutes then had my call dropped. My parcel contains important documents that I was told would reach me in 3 days.
