Waiting for delivery.

My waybill number is UNP***, I have been waiting for a delivery of my study material from UNISA since the 23rd of January 2015. Every time I call the call centre, I get put through to Mapule who is never available and I end up being hang up on. I registered early so I could get my study material early but skynet seems to think that I did that so their driver can drive around with my study material for several days.
