Waiting for 3 months without my delivery

I am still awaiting a parcel which I ordered at ASOS on -line 3 moths ago, to be delivered by Skynet.<br> <br> Maxeen Naidoo as well as Dalene Sithole from Skynet Isando have been sending me from pillay to post as well as giving me bad customer service and attitude when I enquired about the delivery of my parcel.I send emails as well as calling Dalene and Maxeen from Skynet Isando and 3 months later my parcel is still not delivered.<br> <br> I paid customs and send proof thereof, to which they acknowledged to have received.<br> <br> What is puzzling is my parcel took 7 days to arrive in South Africa, but more than 3 months for Skynet and its \employees\" to deliver to someone in South Africa."
