Waiting ALL DAY for Skynet Couriers

Good Day, I ordered my Motor Vehicle License via Natis. I received a message this morning telling me it would be delivered today. I stayed home all day, but nothing arrived. I called Skynet 3 times, and all 3 times I was cut off, after waiting a long time for my call to be answered. I had given my reference number each time, so it would have been very easy for any of the people I spoke to to call me back, but obviously that was too much trouble. My ref number is: RTMC Reference ***8 Please call me asap to let me know when my package will be delivered, I am not able to sit at home all day again tomorrow waiting, I need an approximate time.
