Waiting 14 days for delivery!
Dropped at PEP De Aar for pickup 28 Feb...supposed delivery 2 March...and still waiting.
We have been following up for the last week or 2. The Skynet member goes to PEP to pick up our package but cannot as he needs the REF number from Skynet itself for processing! Very bad communication internally in arranging this!! How is this possible?! Is there something else we need to do on our side?!
