Vodacom online sale -Skynet Service Delivery incomplete !!!
This has got to be the most distasteful service delivery experience I have ever had in my entire life From the sales service to the actual delivery which still has not been done This experience has been nothing short of pathetic!!! If you guys do not know customer etiquette or morale, let alone have the man power why try provide this facility - Rather not , Service DOES NOT end when the sale is completed, but when the goods have been delivered / received by the client & an after sales call is made to ensure the customer is happy What is happening the customer being delighted anymore?

10 Dec 2024, 13:39Between myself and 2 sons have spent almost 18 hours on the line holding across a period of 3 days just trying to access to someone from Skynet for feedback on my delivery which suppose to have taken place a week ago No manager No staff member from Vodacom online who made the sale with my son is able to give confirmed feedback of the whereabouts / status of he rest for delivery - Cann service delivery get any more pathetic
