Very Rude Call Center Agencies

I had an order picked up from a supplier 9 days ago it's yet to be delivered. When you call the receptionist diverts your call to someone else, and they make you hold for more than 30 minutes and they never get back to you. Today I then called very angry they just ignored the calls didn't even say a word just hello and quiet what kind of service is this. I have been waiting for my parcel for 9 days and then they treat clients like this that's unacceptable.
