Very poor service - so disappointed in this company

Waisted nearly 3 hours onhold to speak to someone on Saturday 9 August 2025 regarding a VODACOM order that urgently needed to be delivered today! Promises made on Friday 8 August 2025, but NO results - very poor service!!! Not sure why a company like VODACOM uses them - there are far better courier services in South Africa that can keep to their promises. Reading all the reviews are slarming and still the company does nothing to improve their image - so sad and disappointing!!!
