VERY POOR SERVICE - COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED

Worst company ever and they are full of lies and empty promises. Witbank branch has had my parcel since the 1st of December 5:50am but even today (the 5th of December) no delivery. I had to cancel my trip from Mpumalanga to Eastern Cape as I was told my package will be delivered on Saturday the 2nd of December. They don't even respond to emails. Whatsapp is also ignoring me now after they said my package will be delivered on Saturday the 2nd. This company is very ***********. At some point they told me statuses gets to be updated every 48 hours and yet mine hasn't been updated since the 1st. I am so disappointed
