Very poor service

I am having a problem with skynet courier that does not deliver my items.. My items arrived Friday with them last week already and i have ordered the staff Tuesday already they said yesterday they will drop Today.. Today they are saying Tommorrow my email address is *** the tracking number is UAS6RZHG i don't know if i must go to their branch because it's customer's items
