Very poor service

My first time with this kynet company and already I am nog happy at all. So they were suppose to deliver my parcel on the 17 when I tracked status past 8 in the morning they said its out for delivery but funny part is that I'm still waiting. What iritates me the most is the fact that there is no communication whatsoever. Tried to contact them but I'm only talking to a robot 😭
