Very Horrible Experience

Very Horrible Experience, can't even give less then a 1 star!! Order a parcel 2 Days ago, never received an sms whatsoever?? Today at 11:00 my domestic help phoned me and advised that a very rude driver from SkyNet is at my residence, after advising them I took off work and 5 min away from home the domestic called me again and advised he was to impatient and left. After this I called head office and they called the driver where as he told them he will see if he can make time in his busy schedule?? I then requested for him to deliver the parcel to my work address at 15:00. How is that excellent customer service. Today at 14:30 an unprofessional phone call was received by a lady advising me that the driver is not going to come to my work place as he was never informed of the change?? Still not received my parcel. This is the most unprofessional courrier service I have ever dealt with and will not recommend to anyone.
