Very disorganised and unprofessional service

The poorest delivery service ever experienced. I hear apologies but no explanation and resolutions. I myself have to call for follow up on faulty information. Then the audacity of telling me that I can fetch it wherever my parcel is delivered. That time I paid a delivery fee.
