Very disappointing service

I don’t even want to give them a star.

I ordered a package on Shein and Skynet was the 3rd party courier. The day they were supposed to deliver I got a email saying it is signed for by someone I do not know and the person doesn’t know me. When we found the address I needed to go and collect it they didn’t even fix their mistakes. The lady my package was given to asked for my contact details just to inform me, but the driver said it is against policy but he can give my package to a stranger that is not against policy and he can’t phone me to inform me that he doesn’t get my address?

Very bad service you phone them and after a day of holding they answer their phones and do not answer their WhatsApp line or emails.
