Very disappointing

I'm very disappointed with your service and most of all the dishonesty.

I received an sms on the 31/10/25 stating that my parcel will be delivered by 5pm. I waited the whole day and kept my phone at hand so I don't miss any calls. Waited throughout the day and never received a call.

Today I receive another sms then I also decided to make use of the waybill I received to track my order. When I look at the waybill history it states that on the 31/10/25 "the consignee unavailable", which is surprising because I was waiting for the delivery the whole day and I had not received any phone call. Yet again today the same thing was noted on the waybill when I have also been home and waiting for the delivery.

I also went as far as calling your call center to notify the driver to call when outside the address to try and prevent what had happened on the 31/10/25, yet that still did not help.

This is so so disappointing.
