Very Confused Customer

I received an sms and email on Friday(9 Jan 2026) that my parcel is out for delivery and I would receive it by the end of the day. Did not receive a call or any other communication thereafter. I went on the website today(10 Jan 2026) and when i enquire the bot says my parcel is out on delivery and will be delivered by the 5th January, like someone make it make sense. I tried calling and the IVR gives the same message. Please can i get my parcel.
