Very bad service, very bad communication

I received an SMS saying my parcel would be delivered. I waited the whole day and I received no phone calls and no one showed up. Then at 8pm I see the status of the delivery is set to consignee not available. This is completely unacceptable as the package is very important. Please ensure that if you say you are delivering on a specific day that you follow through correctly.
