Very bad service

Hi, I ordered my vehicle licence disc through Natis Online. Natis Online then sent the disc to Skynet couriers who received the disc last week of November 2024 to arrange for delivery. WAYBILL NUMBER: ***. To date Skynet has not delivered my licence disc after several emails and telephone calls to Skynet and Natis Online where all they say is that they have escalated the matter. No further communication from either of them. I have been waiting about 3 weeks now for delivery. This is the worst service I have received recently. You will pay sky if package is missing
