very bad service. Appalling

Terrible terrible terrible service. If i could give a 0 i would but sadly 1 is the lowest. No communication, you are they one who has to do your own follow up. Agent said delivery will be on Thursday 11 june after i had finally called after a week of waiting, nothing. Called again later on the day and they said driver didn't answer they will send to my house on Friday since I'm off. I can Friday, today the 12th, they say its not out and it will only get out on Monday and will be dispatched to my work place cos all the communication i have been doing was for nothing
