Very bad service

Anything that will be delivered by Skynet worldwide Express I don't want it thanks...I have since been waiting for my parcel in Monday after a delivery guy called to say he will deliver in the afternoon then I got a call from a stranger on Monday night saying she picked up my parcel in some area as if it was maybe dropped by a delivery. I called him he says he can't find it. I called Skynet no answer
