very bad service

I wish the was a zero rating because the do not even deserve a 1 star, I have receive an sms that my parcel was out for delivery on the morning of 06.11.2023. Called Skynet on 07.11.2013 after not receiving my order but was told that the driver will deliver before 16:30 as he had lot of deliveries to to the previous day. Today after not receiving anything when I tried to track my order the status says consignee not available when called Skynet they say that the parcel is in some error cage as the drive returned is and that I am not available of which is a lie. After reading so many bad reviews about Skynet I am just wondering why they are still in business because clearly they do not know what they are doing. This is so irritating because we have paid so much but for us to receive our parcels we are being pulled from pillar to post.
