Very Bad Service

Renewed my car's license disc on the Natis system on the 18th. Got an sms on the 21st saying that the package was out for delivery, but it only arrived today. They never communicated with me regarding the non-delivery on the 21st. I called on the 22nd, but the phone just rang with no answer. The tracking details changed yesterday around 3pm, saying it was out for delivery again, but it never arrived. Today the lady calls and claims she has passed our area and asks to deliver tomorrow, yet its not even 4pm (had to tell her where to get off, due to impatience). She finally arrives, and still has the audacity to claim this is not her route, knowing very well that we as the customers have nothing to do with their routing schedules. Skynet is very unprofessional, and I so wish Natis could find a different courier company to work with.
