Very bad customer service

My parcel is with Skynet has not been delivered since 15 May 2025 after they called and promised to deliver. I've sent WhatsApp and was told that the matter was escalated, sent email with no response. Today is the 8th day and I have not yet received the parcel. They don't care about people's parcels of which we have spent money.
