Very Bad and Disgusting Service

We have been waiting for a parcel for a week now, their system is ***** because it keeps on saying parcel is out for delivery then they update it at night to say consignee not available but when we spoke to customer service they told us on the system it shows that it has not been allocated. They poor service and incompetence is such an inconvenience
