UTTERLY POOR SERVICE
Utterly poor service from Skynet, they have taken receipt of my items on the 1ste of December 2023 and I am yet to receive it. They keep on promising delivery and then nothing happens. The call center number just about never gets answered I have tried calling them numerous times with no answer holding on for 10+ minutes each time. The track and trace is not up to date. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. what a disgrace they should be embarrassed.
