Usless delivery service

Received a SMS a week ago - Friday 5th April , that my delivery for my vehicle disk will be done , Today Friday 12th April and still nothing . The call center says the same thing everytime I called : Monday - Driver will be there today Tuesday - Driver will be there today Wednesday - Driver will be there today Thursday - Driver will be there today Today is Friday - They not sure why the driver has not delivered
