USELESS, UNHELPFUL, PATEHTIC SERVICE

Beyond useless! Do not use them. Customer service doesnt give answers. They have no desire to help. Parcel was set for delivery 3 days ago still not even at the hub from which it should be delivered. 6 days later still on ots way from JHB to CT. My gifts are late and they couldn't care less!
