Useless Skynet Kimberley

Good day, I would like to report Skynet Kimberley. On Monday 18 December, I received a message that my parcel(license disc)is out for delivery. I tracked my parcel, and it showed that it left Kimberley 09:13. Tuesday I called Skynet Kimberley, because I did not receive anything. They said the parcel will be delivered before 18:00 on 19 December. Once again, nothing was delivered, no phone call, nothing. Wednesday, 20 December, I phoned once again. I was told the parcel will be delivered before 12. I phoned them 15 times, without anybody answering. I was again promised that by 13h00 it will be delivered. I kept on phoning, nobody answered. 14:35 the lady said the driver will deliver within the next 10 minutes. 15:15 I got hold of Freddy, the driver. He just told me he is on his way, refused to tell me exactly where he is. Then Skynet Kimberley called me just before 16:00 to tell me the driver delivered my parcel at somebody elses address, without asking for any identification. My vehicles license disc is lost now. I am furious with how I was treated and how can they just deliver the parcel at a random addres????
