Useless Skynet!

Pathetic service! I was called by the driver around 10am on the 26th of June 2024 asking if I will be home to collect my delivery, I advised him I will be home. He did not show up. I tried calling numerous times, no answer. I tried calling today numerous times, still no answer. Eventually got through, I was told that overnight deliveries have priority over my delivery. I told the lady that the driver called me yesterday and said he will be doing the delivery but he never showed, she just tells me to wait until 5pm. Absolutely pathetic service!
