USELESS SKYNET AND THEIR EMPLOYEES!

I booked a collection under waybill - *** , my parcel is still not collected, I called in yesterday and I was told that my parcel will be collected yesterday, I called in this morning I was told that I need to send copy of my ID but the call was cut, I just called in now and now I'm told that RTMC has not prepared my parcel which I told the agent that that is not correct because before I even booked the parcel I first liaised with RTMC, I requested to speak to the manager of the last guy which I spoke to today and he cut the call. Your service is honestly so appalling and pathetic, I just want my disc, or you can refund me my money, and I'll use another courier company!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY USING THIS USELESSS AND PATHETIC COMPANY.
