Useless skynet

Skynet is the must useless company ever. The lost my take a lot parcel that was suppose to be delivered on the 20/12 already. After wasting over 500 airtime trying to sort out where my parcel is between take a lot and skynet I can only say that someone at skynet stoled my parcel that was suppose to be a xmass present for my hubby... The floor manager at skynet keeping telling me the parcel is not there was never scanned in but on there website it shows that the parcel was scanned in the 19/12 already... I am so pi.. ed off with skynet....
