Useless service from sky net

I bought Drip shoes, the courier sent me a message that I will receive my parcel today. I could not go anywhere since I was expecting a parcel I called them around 14:00 they said they will deliver before 17:00 I waited again and they never came. Drip should stop using them as they will ruin their business.
