USELESS - LITERALLY CANT DELIVER SERVICE OR ON THEIR PROMISES

One dissatisfied customer!!! Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Call centre keeps on transferring me to Bloemfontein branch but i keep on getting cut off or disconnected because their lines are not working. It surely cant be that difficult to sort out a query and just deliver the parcel if you have the waybill number????? I have confirmed the delivery address and that it is a business address. Got promised they will deliver before COB yesterday and guess what --- NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT IT. Do not make promises if you literally cant DELIVER. Will not use this service provider again - thankfully there are lot of competitors in this industry which can deliver on their promises. Query still not sorted!!!!!!!!!
