Useless *****

I phoned Skynet on Monday as my package was scanned in on 18th by them, I spoke with a lady who advised my package was there and that she would prioritize my delivery for the next day (Tuesday 20/12) and that I will receive an sms stating the package was on its way. On Tuesday morning I called again to make sure my package was going to be delivered as delivery date was due 11/12 and I wont be at work after 21/12 to receive my delivery. A lady once again assured me that I was getting my package. Around 3pm no sms and no package so I phoned again. The gentleman that answered basically told me that the previous ladies **** to me and that my package has no delivery date or time. He then continued to say that I must not even bother coming to their offices to collect it as they are not going to go out their way to find my stuff and that I must wait for delivery. I explained I wont be at the office after 21/12 and had I known I would have put my house address on. He didn't seem to care and said nothing they can do about it until they try deliver it and I am not available so it then fails. And after continuous failures it will then be sent back to the supplier. I am so upset, my package is there, my due date was 9-11 December. He wont prioritize it and I cant go collect it myself. I have christmas gifts in it and now I wont be available to receive the delivery. I feel like skynet has let not just me but alot of people down and I dont recommend anyone use them.
