Useless!

I have the strongest words to use for SkyNet but I am trying to keep my cool. They don't even call you when delivering!!!!!!!! Then they leave and you're spending days trying to get your order. But no one responds to you! You're on the line for 30 minutes if not more trying to talk to an agent. Their WhatsApp line is useless. No one gets back to you. If they do, it's hours later and they send a one liner and disappear. They don't have accurate info no matter how many times you clarify. I'm so sick of them.
