Useless delivery Co

If I could give half a star believe me I would. To say this Co.is unprofessional would still be doing them a favour. I had one delivery sent back already where they claimed the delivery was “unsuccessful” when I know for a fact there were no delivery attempts made. Today I’m expecting another delivery from them, I’ve called their offices 3 times today alone. They put me on hold until somehow I ended up speaking to another one of their customer that was also placed on hold. Absolutely useless I tell you. DO NOT EVER use this delivery company for ANYTHING 😡🤬
