Useless Couriers

I did my vehicle renewal via the Natis website on the 6th of January 2025, got my SMS thet my RTMC parcel is on the way and will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. On the 13th of January the following Monday I received my SMS that it is out for delivery. As I am writing this it is the 21st of January, more than a week later and I still have not received my parcel. Landline does not answer calls, online chat does not respond. Most useless courier company I have ever dealt with.
