USELESS COURIER SKYNET

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Two different type of deliveries via Skynet. First one took 3 days since out on delivery and each time just said some exception made. Second delivery still not received since 10 October. Each time the description says Consignee not available I have made numerous calls to Skynet with empty promises of delivery. On Monday 14 October delivery didn't even go out at all. NOT ONCE WAS I CALLED to accept the parcel, so HOW CAN CONSIGNEE NOT BE AVAILABLE!!! The Whats app line is just as useless!! You order from reliable companies and then Skynet that is the middle man between the comapny and client provides USELESS service!
