Useless courier service!!!

This is by far the worst courier company ever im still waiting on my parcel out for delivery for the past 3 day im at home all day long all they say is no one was at home am i sure im at home , i habe security cameras all over never seen anyone at my gate . The customer service is up to **** because there is none i have been phoning like crazy eventually got through to two ladies that said the same thing they will phone the delivery guy and come back to me this never happened.

Please never use this company its absurd cant believe they still operate like this not sure why the doors of this company is still open i will never make use of them again and will always tell people not to make use of the useless company !!!
