Useless courier service.

I wish I could give skynet 0 rating. Because their service is horrible. They’ve had my package for 4 days now and the driver keeps on saying that he will deliver it. And now he’s ignoring calls. Their customer care line is even worse as they fail to answer calls or you stay on the line for more than 30 minutes. I don’t understand why Buffalo logistics keeps on using them to send things out to us as they are a problem I wonder why or how they are still in business at the is point.
