Useless courier company/unproffesional

<p>I have the same name and initial as a person in same town as me .They just careless give parcels to him.As long as they have a signature.Atleast the person is a honest respected individaul to always give me my parcels.But what security does one have and they wil give you parcel to anyone as long as they have a signaturr to back them.Very unproffesional and worst service ever.Pleas train your staff to learn to read their gps and the address on the parcel.</p>
