Useless Courier Company - Skynet

I ordered an item from Takealot.com on 14 December 2017 which was supposed to be delivered by 17h00 on 18 December 2017. To date no sign of the delivery. When I eventually received the tracking number from Takealot, I called Skynet numerous times with constant promises that someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I then eventually requested a refund from Takealot, but they claim they cannot process the refund until the courier company has returned the item. It appears to me that Skynet has lost the package. I am now out of pocket and am not getting any positive feedback from Skynet at all.

Most useless courier company on the planet. Zero customer service!
